FRC758 New Token Format?

Yesterday DJ tweeted that Fusion will soon have a new token format called FRC758 which supports "Time frames". Time Frames is what Change is calling Time Slices/Time Locks. The Chainge plans for this can be read about here. So what are FRC758s, and will they solve the missing link between FRC20s and Fusion assets or be just another asset class that will help Chainge use Fusion Time-lock functionality? Either way, I think we'll learn more soon.
